About Dana. For me, a photograph should not just be a picture showing you what you looked like on a specific day. It should document everything you want to remember about that day. It should bring back the joy you felt at holding your new baby and the love that overflowed for your spouse at giving you this gift. You should remember your toddlers' funny little waddle when they ran, or how their giggle could turn a bad day right around. Or how you sparkled with love and happiness on your wedding day. Years from now when you look back at your images, I want you to remember that chapter of your story and smile - a big, soul-filing smile.

I have been bringing my unique mix of quirk and documentary photography to families since 2007 through Short and Sweet Photography. I am now excited to be bringing it to wedding and commercial clients through Dana Pugh Photography.
